Other Consoles / Giving To The Beginner Golfer

I know it may be costly to keep up an upscale golf course with 12-foot green velocity upkeep demands. But if properties within the neighborhood are $1 million plus worth with a golf course within the back yard they should come to grips with it and pay what is needed to maintain the golf course alive.
