Finally, unless people have a Kindle or Nook reader, the person downloading the book is unable to offer it as a gift. Secondly, a large number of people still prefer to read and own a bound version. Logically, not everybody will be aware of the free download period, so not everybody will get the free download.
Of course, making TVs brighter and more colorful costs money, and some HDR TVs will deliver better picture quality than others.
