GBA The GBA's Rarest title - Reviewed

We promised we'd review the Game Boy Advance's rarest title earlier, and here it is: one review of QWAK for the GBA.

If you've been reviewing games as long as Andrew has you'll have seen many titles previewed which never quite made it to the shelves of your local gaming outlet. One we've recently come across is QWAK developed by Jamie Woodhouse. It's not a new game though and it originally saw the light of day on the Amiga where it was published by Team 17 (who also published Worms).

QWAK, should have found a publisher but in these days of appalling movie tie-in's selling more units than they ever should, the original platformer is somewhat overlooked. Jamie, rather than simply shelving the game, has taken it upon himself to publish and distribute the game and anyone in the UK can grab themselves a copy now for a measly £15 anywhere in the world.

There's only 300 of these ever going to be made and games like this really need your support so if you're always complaining about the lack of originality in the games industry why not get yourself over to the official QWAK site where you can see screens and a video of the game in action.

If you still can't decide, we've done all the hard for you and reviewed the game. You can read it now by clicking here.
