Princess on Ice Official

Back in February, we already told you about 505 Games' Princess on Ice coming to the Nintendo DS. Today, the official announcement by Aksys Games with some more details.

Aksys Games has announced Princess On Ice, a rhythm-based ice skating simulation game, exclusively for Nintendo DS. Developed by Arc System Works, players will be able to pick and choose which girl to skate and dance their way through the world's premier ice skating stadiums, perfecting all the moves and striving to be crowned as the next Princess On Ice!

"Experience the excitement of ice skating in the palm of your hand," said Frank deWindt II, Project Lead at Aksys Games. "Be you young or old, you'll find yourself skating for hours on end to reach the coveted title of Princess On Ice!"

• Character Drama Like No Other! Utilizing the stylus, players will tap in rhythm with famous classical music and action using the stylus to each with their own drama-filled storylines.
• Secrets and Unlocking Galore! As players progress through the game, they'll be rewarded with a plethora of unlockable extras including new levels, accessories, special moves and storylines adding yet more life and fun into the game.
• Customize for the Win! In addition to unlocking hundreds of items, players will be able to customize their character with fashionable accessories, clothing and headwear. Give your characters their own unique look with different fashion combinations.
• Wireless Gameplay! Share clothes and accessories or compete in a friendly match via wireless play.
