Facts of Kore, a new platformer for Wii of which the developers compare it with Super Mario Galaxy. Also inside are two movies of the game and a link to some screenshots.

With three zany, kooky crackpots sharing a cybernetic Kore Suit, insane action is guaranteed. After all, the suit enhances the wearer's abilities beyond imagination. Pixie becomes a pro at climbing, Madboy gains an iron fist, and the dog Rex develops astonishing senses of hearing and smell.

And these super powers they will desperately need as they jump, run and fight their way through the wonderful, whimsical world of KORE. Your job is to cleverly utilize their different abilities to free the kooky inventor Dr. Samuelsen from the evil Krank Brothers who are attacking from the center of the Earth.

Explore a vast game universe packed with action, puzzles and countless surprises. Meet strange characters and even stranger creatures as you unravel the game's off-the-wall storyline.   Doesn't look like Super Mario Galaxy. It's probably a bad thing that they've said it's comparable to SMG from the start as it'll come under huge scrutiny when comparing the two. Seems they kinda shot themselves in the foot by saying it.

  On the subject of SMG, I finally managed to get the full 120 stars earlier in the week. Took me absolutely ages to get my last star (the DareDevil run on that molten lava level.)
