Resident Evil WiiMake in Japan Only for Now

Yesterday we brought word on Capcom porting over Resident Evil from the gamecube to the Nintendo Wii. It has been revealed by Capcom that for now the game will only see release within Japan.

Christian Svensson, Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development, has announced that with the Resident Evil WiiMake which was only announced yesterday that it will most likely stay in Japan as a port with Resident Evil Zero.

He also revealed why they were doing a Resident Evil WiiMake and that it was a reaction from the sales of Zero within Japan, that didn't even reach 100k, but Capcom believes that these sales were a sign of people wanting a Resident Evil WiiMake.
