Also available this week is the first downloadable content for My Zoo (released last week) where players can add a giraffe to their zoo for just 100 Wii Points. WiiWARE - Pokon Rumble (Nintendo, 1500 Wii Points)
Pokon Rumble is an action game in which you control Toy Pokon, to battle against waves of enemy Pokon in order to be the last Pokon standing. When you defeat some Toy Pokon, you can befriend them and add them to your collection. As you play, you can switch between any Pokon you befriended and use their abilities to defeat even more and stronger Pokon. As your Pokon collection grows with stronger Pokon, you may compete in the Battle Royale and test your skills against lots of Pokon all at once. Plus - up to four people can play at the same time, combining their strengths and working together to take down tough Bosses and to claim the ultimate victory: winning the Battle Royale! WiiWARE - Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem (HUDSON SOFT, 500 Wii Points)
In Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem you'll battle for the future in a world governed by the law of the jungle. As you move through the stages, your character evolves and your weapons and shooting abilities change. First, throw weapons by hand, and then proceed to use tools and different types of projectiles. A cooperative two-player mode is also available. The controls are simple: move the character with the control stick, adjust the crosshairs with the Wii Remote controller and shoot down targets while dodging enemy attacks. Getting hit by an enemy bullet or touching an enemy close to you will count as a miss. With each miss, you'll lose one heart; losing all hearts will end the game.
