Next Nintendo Direct focussed on Dragon Quest X
Nintendo of Japan has revealed that a new Nintendo Direct broadcast is scheduled for the July 30th. The focus of the show will rely on Dragon Quest X.
While the Nintendo Direct annnouncement doesn't specify, our colleagues from Andriasang are reporting a Dragon Quest X-app for Nintendo 3DS to accompany the Wii title.
According to Andriasang, Square Enix announced the app today during an event for Dragon Quest X in Tokyo. Titled "Dragon Quest X Convenient Tool For Adventurers On the Go: Vol.1," the app will be available through the eShop for free starting August 22. However, although the app will be free, you will need a redeem code (contained in the Wii package) to access the download.
The app will allow to exchange letters with friends playing Dragon Quest X as well, view items up for sale at the bazaars in the game, check whether your friends are currently playing Dragon Quest X and exchange data through Street Pass. A full list of featrues can be found over at our source.
