  I have a couple of questions! 1. Will "free roaming" be available? 2. Will the add-ons (i.e. vinyls, paint, acessories, etc.) be open for purchase if the money is available or will it have to be unlocked as in the previous version? 3. What does the car list consist of? Thanks for your time!
