According to GamesAreFun, Activision has a brand new game in development for the Nintendo DS: X-Men Legends.

GAF is reporting that an insider of Activision has confirmed to them that they've got two games in development: X-Men Legends and 'another game', which remained unknown according to GAF. However, during E3 2004, Nintendo released a press release stating a few games in the works for the Nintendo DS. We already knew what the 'other' game was gonna be: Spider-Man 2.

Activision hasn't officially responded to the X-Men Legends rumour yet, but you can expect an official announcement in the near future.
