nope, sorry. Like I said: nothing is official yet. The only official info Nintendo supplied was this: <i>Puppies are invading the Nintendo DS. In Puppy Times, you can raise up to three adorable puppies and play with them to your heart's content. You can also teach your pups new tricks - just speak into the built-in microphone and they'll respond to the voice commands you've taught them. Not only that, but you can even play Puppy Times over a wireless connection!</i>

I know loads of games for ds like: nintendogs, nintendo doctor,chokkan hitofude,S M 64 DS, harvest moon DS,puyo puyo fever,pac-pix, egg monstar hero,meteos,kirby magic paintbrush, another (its what the games called),zoo keeper, ganbare goemon,bomberman,pokemon dash, metroid prime,mr. driller,feel the magic, yoshi,, urbz,wario ware DS,mario kart, another mario game,animal crossing DS pac n' roll,baloon trip,sonic DS,pikachu DS, and special features and picto chat which come free with it and other not so good games.

i heard about this game you call them a name and they respond to it like call one pupu and call its name and it will come to the front
Nintendo announced that Nintendogs for the Nintendo DS will be available in three different versions. The three different versions will each have five types of canines for a total of 15 between all the games. It will be possible to attain all fifteen breeds by trading between other DS systems, a la Pokemon. The dogs included in each of the three titles will be: Dachs & Friends * Schnauzer Miniature * Yorkshire Burrow * Dachshund Miniature * German Sheperd * Pug Chihuahua & Friends * Rider King Charles Spaniel * Chuhuahua * Shih Tzu * Labrador Retriever * Beagle Shiba & Friends * The Shetland Sheepdog * Pinscher Miniature * Shiba * Welsh Corgie Puppy * Toy Poodle Nintendogs is expected to be released in Japan on April 21.

never mind my last comment I found out something kinda kool look:According to Nintendo, the US version, officially called Nintendogs, is currently in the localization phase, but it won't be a direct conversion of the Japanese version set to hit shelves in that territory next month. The US version will actually have more than the Japanese edition: more puppy breeds and more toys to play and trade with. The US version may omit a couple of puppy breeds that are popular in Japan but not in the States, but even with the exclusions the stateside edition will contain a larger line-up of dogs when it's completed later this year.

You might have heard of Nintendogs. You might not have. SPOnG will go on record this morning to say that without question, Nintendogs is the biggest franchise on the planet right now. ok just to tell all of you YOU CAN OBTAIN ALL DOGS IN EVERY VERSION. and you do not have to trade to get them all. that is just an alternate way. and actually there are 16 dogs.....
***SPOILERS*** the 16th dog is the jack russel terrier. you obtain it by walking your dog and it randomly picks up the jack russel book. once you get it, the jack russel becomes availible in the pound. ***END SPOILERS***

no it doesn't. it comes out august 22nd 2005. Nintendo released the date and that is the maker of the game so i will believe what they say. I think it is too long a wait and they should just release it.
dont believe nintendo.com. they have been known to lie about release dates. look at what the stores are saying

good news!!! sort of. they are getting rid of the name shiba and friends, and adding the name labrador and friends. they are also adding 3 new dogs!!! 1 to each version!!! the new breeds are golden retreaver, siberian husky, and the boxer. im 100% not lying.

Ok, guys. Heres the deal about Nintendogs. Once you get the game (any version) you get to pick from a list of breeds (matters what version you get) and three pop up of that breed. They start to play, run around, ect. Each have a different breed, gender, and personality. Once you choose on which one you want, it takes you to your apartment where you get to say your dogs name into the Mic until the dog knows its name. You get to buy new toys froma toy store and take the dog for walks around town. You even get to map out your own way to go. Sometimes on your walks you and your dog finds presents which might have toys or something else. On walks your dog even goes to the bathroom! Once you and your dog are good at soem kind of sport you go to competitions and win new breeds, toys, and even more! Nintendogs Lab & Friends: -Labrador Retriever -Miniature Schnauzer -Toy Poodle -Pembroke Welsh Corgi -Miniature Pinscher -Shiba Inu Nintendogs Chihuahua & Friends: -Chihuahua -German Shepherd -Boxer -Cavalier King Charles Spaniel -Yorkshire Terrier -Shetland Sheepdog Nintendogs Dachshund & Friends: -Miniature Dachshund -Golden Retriever -Beagle -Pug -Siberian Husky -Shih Tzu

um no you dont need all of them you unlock alll the dogs sooner or later so dont get all 3 only get one just one and you will unlock all the dogs ^_^ ^_^ ^_^
and yes you can play online but you have to have a wireless router and no the micdoesnt come with the game it's all ready in the DS and you can have 3 dogs

least night i was looking at this thing in (nintendo power) a 3 page filled up on nintendogs there is a doggie hotel there is a park there is a store everything when you first get your dog you knock on the little doggie dog that takes you to the kennel you go to the kennal ppick your breed theres 5 to start out with but you can only pick one :( well then you go home and knock on it again and the cutest lil thing you have ever seen comes out a puppy! a nintendog to be right it's so cute! well you take it on walks clean up it's messes (if you know what i mean) and even give them baths! go to the park get in competitions!! you can use the money from the competitions to buy a new dog or just remodel your apartment! and be happy cuz theres only a coupel more weeks ^.^

yea i was lookin up stuff about nintendogs and it said that if your on a walk with ur dog and you come across and jack russel(it will be in a gift box)pick it up and the next time you go to the kennel youll have a jack russel!

Well, at Best Buy its released on the 24. Thats why I got so messed up! Im not offended, though. Your fine, I know at most places its on 22. I LOVE the huskys, but I sill want Chichi and fries cause Sheltie. I found the official Nintendogs website, if you want it. Its all in Japanese but has pictures and some vids of the dogs.

Did u no that at www.gamespot.com u could look at cheats but it is only about unlockable dogs and if your dog is learning a trick u could drag down the light bulb and have your dog eat it and also they are sain that u could get a poodle in Chihuawua & Friends Version

There isnt a Cocker Spaniel, I have a friend whos imported the game, and they said it doesnt. They might have it the American version though... I wouldnt think so since they have the Cavalier.

i cant wait for nintendogs im probabley gonna buy it on tuesday but i dont have money for the ds im hoping my aunt who is rich will lend me money like she always does since shes coming over 2 my house tomorrow. im not sure if i should get a plain ds or a colorful 1
the plain one is cheaper and the colorful 1 is more expensive
r u sure u need a wireless router to use Bark Mode in nintendogs, because that you just need to set your ds to Bark mode because the ds has stuff that can let u go wireless with other players

k, but i think u might not need a wireless router because it would be better for the DS to have it built into it, or atleast something that lets u play wirelessly. Nintendo probabley would have done that to make playing wirelessly DS easyier

uh.....wireless router is NOT for just DS it's for computer too and what do you mean by "link you a router" and yes you can you just gotta meet the dog owners in "bark mode" or just get trainer points
