We've received our first batch of Need for Speed: Underground 2 screenshots for the Nintendo DS.

The game looked great in the scans, but the screenshots show much more detail. The DS is started to get shape...

  Wow!Those look really good, then again need for speeds stuff is usally good, I wonder if it still has the vinyls and stuff? It would be sweet to have even half as much customizability as it had on the console versions, then they could get away with only having a few cars. I wonder if it will be online?

  pocketeers is certianly doing some nice work on the ds, I can't wait for a video of this game in action and reviews of it. Hopfully gameplay is on par with the visuals. I jsut hope they update the engine sounds because the two previous unerground games on gba had crap sound effects :P
