New DS Titles
Nintendo of Japan opened up the curtains a little and reveals three new DS titles.
Nintendo of Japan has revealed three new Nintendo DS titles. The first title is the Japanese-English dictionary. Apart from handwriting detection (using the touchscreen), the dictionary also allows for PictoChat-like chatting functions. Hopefully this application will allow us to translate this kind of news easier...
The second title is Brain Training. As we understand, the idea behind this title is to stimulate your brain using character and speech recognition for calculations and reading out loud. As a small explaination for the screenshot to illustrate the idea: Â Â 6 + 8 = 14, 8 + 7 = 15 and 14 + 15 = 29 (the answer)
The third title Nintendo revealed is Logic Puzzles. A collection of brain-teasing (yet logic) puzzles such as building a castle using tangram-pieces or selecting the right character to get a scale evened out. The puzzle collection allows for a single-pack link with other Nintendo DS units to send them a puzzle to solve (up to eight persons).

I like the look of the Logic Puzzles.
reminds me of school....
That Japanese-english dictionary thing is actually looks pretty cool. It looks like you can draw the figures and everything! Brain training also looks neat. Despite my insane nature, I am a pretty good student. And finally, ending my mini-review, Logic Puzzles looks like edutainment! Yay, edutainment!
