NDS E3: Pocket PC Studios Announces 2 More

A little late for an E3 announcement, but we simply missed this one apparently. Pocket PC Studios announced two more games for the Nintendo DS.

Pocket PC Studios got in the (Nintendo-related)news after announcing Europa Universalis II for the Nintendo DS, a port of a WinCE/Palm OS game for the Nintendo DS. Considering that the first screenshots of the game appear to show a proper port, the announcement of two more games from this studio will be gold to some.

The first game Pocket PC Studios announced is Disciples 2: Dark Prophecy. Again, slated for the WinCE/Palm OS/Nintendo DS platforms, we'resure that this title will make full advantage of the touchscreen, as it will do on the WinCE/Palm OS platforms. Disciples II: Dark Prophecy returns gamers to the magical realm of the Sacred Lands where four races - the Empire, the Mountain Clans, the Legions of the Damned and the Undead Hordes - continue the battle for the destiny of their Gods. A decade after the First Great War, the final prophecy continues to unfold. Deep within the crevices of the Sacred Lands, the Chosen One has emerged, fated to bring salvation to some and destruction to others. Braced with renewed faith and newfound conviction, each race must once again take up the sword for the sake of their people and the glory of their God.

The second game sounds more familiar: Jagged Alliance 2: Gold Pack (also for WinCE/Palm OS/Nintendo DS). The small country of Arulco has been taken over by a merciless dictator ? and only you can loosen the iron grip! Jagged Alliance 2: Gold Pack features the wildly popular strategy title Jagged Alliance 2 and its mini-sequel, Unfinished Business for hours and hours of gameplay. Featuring an enhanced version of Jagged Alliance 2, Jagged Alliance 2: Gold Pack immerses you into an elaborate role-playing universe where you will interact with more than 150 characters, recruit your own band of soldiers and create your own custom mercenary to win back Arulco ? not once, but twice! The perfect blend of strategy, role playing and tactical combat!
