The Games Convention in Leipzig (Germany) has started and the first details just came rolling in...

The first details of Nintendo's press conference in Leipzig have arrived through our colleagues at Puissance-Nintendo. Below a short summary of the most important statements:Two new colored Nintendo DS units will be released in Europe this October. The colors will be pink and blue.Mario Kart DS will hit the European stores on November 11, 2005.Jim Merrick spoke about the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Just like in Japan, Nintendo will set up Wi-Fi hotspots in gamestores and fastfood-chains that will be easy to use (and without any passwords) for Wi-Fi Connection. Nintendo will also release 'cheap' Wi-Fi adapters for personal computers, which can be used by people not owning a wireless router to use Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection at home.
