Animal Crossing: Wild World - Glitch Warning

Happily playing Animal Crossing: Wild World? Received a letter containing red tulips? Head inside before opening that letter!

Our colleagues from 4ColorRebellion are reporting that several of their eraders have received an in-game letter containing a present of 'red tulips'. By placing this item inside the house, players lost a part of their room, as the item could no longer be removed. Placing the item outside of the house would create a sapling, no matter what ground you're trying to place the red tulips on (dirt, beach or even a bridge).

One of the 4CR staff has contacted Nintendo and it appears that the error was at their side: the letter was unfinished and was accidentally sent out to various people. Nintendo claims to be working on a solution to the problem, but in the meantime it's best to ignore the letter until Nintendo gives us the green light.

  Why is it so late for Europens serosly? We got it 2 days after the americans and normaly its like weeks before we get a new release.

  The european version must be translated in at least 3 or 4 languages (sometimes much more) and it takes time for fewer sales so Europe is the last served.

  I got the letter. It says "Dear [your name]" Then the rest is blank. I put the "furniture" in my house. Dammit.
