UPDATED: New Nintendogs Confirmed

A brand new Nintendogs title from Nintendo, will we get cats? Elephants maybe? No... it's far more inventive... Update: Dogs added!

Although Nintendo has not yet officially announced the title, the German USK (Unterhaltungssoftware SelbstKontrolle, or simply the German equivalent of the ESRB) has updated its listing of tested games. In the renewed listing a brand new title appears: Nintendogs Dalmatians & Friends.

Nintendo is yet to confirm the release and details on the upcoming title, but we guess we'll be getting firemen and dalmatians.

Update: The different dogs you can choose at start seem to be revealed. - Dalmatian - Boxer - German Shepherd - Golden Retriever - Yorkshire Terrier - Beagle

This list is only a rumour, together with the June launch.

  Nintencats wouldn't need to be taught tricks. Just watching them catch mice and stuff and rolling around yarns would be fun. I think for the cats, they could have an acrobatic test? Since they are so agile? An agility run or something?

  They couldn't really do Nintencats. For the one thing cats don't learn things that they don't want to. I have 2 cats, although they learn faster than dogs they aren't capable of doing things on command like sit, roll over etc because they aren't as stupid as dogs (or atleast my dog). Just my 2 cents.
