450,000 Pre-orders for Final Fantasy III

The title says it all. Japanese shop owners are counting their tallies for pre-orders, their many tallies...

According to DS-Gamer, Japanese shops have totaled the amount of pre-orders for Final Fantasy III to be at around 400,000 to 450,000. It sounds like if you wanted to get your hands on that game early, then you might already be too late. The game is scheduled to release this August 24th in Japan.
